Damage return Policy

At SSS Collections, we strive to provide the best customer service possible.By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions stated in this policy.

1.No refunds are available,Only Replacements for damaged or defective products(S)

2.Provide us with an unboxing video of the product showing the damage or defect

3.When delivery person delivering the product to you, please make sure that there is no damage to the package.

4.Once we receive the product and confirm the issue, we will send a replacement to you

5.We do not accept returns or replacements for products that have been used or are not in their original packaging

6.Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight difference in colour or feel of material

7.Parcel Opening Video must without any cut or edits.
